The
World basic income
conference

Thank you for joining us on 4th February 2017

On 4th February 2017, World Basic Income hosted the world's first ever conference to explore this new practical solution to global inequality and poverty. Over 130 people squeezed into Salford's oldest church, and took part in discussions that examined the proposal in great detail and from many interesting angles. Contributions from both panellists and audience members were extremely valuable and have left us all with much to think about.

Videos and a conference report will be coming soon. Please sign up to our mailing list via the Support Us page of this site to get the links.

Many thanks to all who attended, spoke at or volunteered at this event. You helped to make it a brilliant day. May this be the start of something big...
